We usually have beef on hand, and sell anything from a single steak to a whole cow. We're open almost any time by appointment - just call, email or text.

Tenderloin (filet): $20
Porterhouse, T-Bone: $18
Sirloin Strip, Ribeye (boneless or bone-in): $18
Tenderloin Roast, Rolled or Standing Rib Roast (special order only): $18
NY Sirloin, Flat Iron: $15
Flank, Skirt, Tenderloin Tail:  $10
Oven Roast, Pot Roast, Brisket: $10
Stew Beef, Kebab Meat, Steak Tips: $10
Ground Beef and Patties: $8.5
Oxtail, Tongue: $7
Short Ribs, Soup Bones (shanks), Tendon, Sweetbreads: $5
Marrow Bones, Liver, Heart, Kidney: $2

Bulk Pricing:

5% off orders over 40 lbs
10% off orders over 100 lbs (quarter)
Full cow: $6 per pound of hanging weight

Notes:

3% surcharge for credit/debit card
